- 150g Raspberries,
- 20g Oats,
- 300ml Double cream
- 150g Yoghurt
- A drizzle of honey
- A splash of whisky
How to make recipe for cranachan mary berry
- Use a fork to crush the raspberries. You can save some raspberries for decoration.
- Now Toast the oats in a dry skillet for about 3-5 minutes. In a bowl, combine the double cream, yogurt honey, and whisky.
- Whisk until you get soft peaks. Repeat the process with the cream mixture, crushed raspberries, and toasted oats. Add a few raspberries, some oats, and honey to garnish.
