Black Bean Salsa

Black beans salsa

Prepare a generous portion of Black Bean Salsa in just a few minutes! This delightful and flavorful dish is ideal for gatherings, incredibly simple to whip up, and incredibly addictive!


  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14 ounce) can corn drained
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup red onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


  1. In a large bowl, mix together beans, corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and cilantro.
  2. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  4. Serve the mixture with tortilla chips or as a side dish with grilled meats.
